This agreement is a legal contract between you and Ladder VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, accessing, and using the VPN app and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, resell, rent, or otherwise misuse the App, related interfaces, trademarks, or content without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, nodes, plans, or prices and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for protecting their devices, accounts, and login credentials; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing unknown components may create security risks or app failures.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related functionality, you may also be subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies.
Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid mobile plans, data caps, device restrictions, carrier outages, target-platform restrictions, or poor local network quality. Using the App outside Wi-Fi or while roaming may incur carrier data or roaming charges, so please confirm your plan and billing authorization before use.
Users are responsible for their own use of the Service, including compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and account-security requirements. Although we try to provide accurate route status and client information, some data may come from third-party infrastructure or providers, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from those sources. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate service within legal limits; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Unauthorized use: refunds may be refused if accounts, licenses, or digital access rights are shared, resold, abused, or used in violation of rules.
Policy changes: we may update this refund policy for business or compliance reasons. Changes take effect after publication on the website.
